    Consulted with division presidents to determine strategies, infrastructures, and communication required to achieve business results. Coached senior executives on individual development needs. Collaborated with HR professionals around the world on HR applications including development, performance management, succession planning and staffing to create system-wide tools, operating guidelines and resources.

    Developed a comprehensive internal communications strategy. Defined and implemented effective company wide messaging including the use of video, intranet, print and face-to-face communications. Designed and facilitated learning sessions.

  • Provide-Commerce
    Supported the senior executive team in creating a learning organization. Led the creation and roll out of a company competency model including definitions, behavioral indicators and development suggestions. Ongoing design and facilitation of multiple learning sessions. Project manager for selection and implementation of an online performance management system.

    Created and implemented a 360° process for the senior executive team including one-on-one coaching and development guidance. Developed and facilitated numerous learning sessions to enhance management capability.
